All services are subject to availability and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
2. User Obligations
By using our services, you agree to:

- Currency: All prices are in Rwandan Francs (RWF) unless otherwise stated

4. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in our services, including but not limited to software, designs, documentation, and training materials, remain the property of Homocentric Group unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
Custom software developed for clients will be subject to the terms specified in individual development agreements, which may include transfer of ownership or licensing arrangements.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services without our express written permission.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding our services may be used by us without obligation to you.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Rwandan law:
- Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question
- We are not responsible for any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rwanda.
